What We Offer
Our Approach
Every business faces unique challenges, and we understand the hardships our clients endure. Our goal is to partner with you to overcome these difficulties. We start by assessing your financial situation to identify the best payment solutions and then work with your creditors to restructure payments to fit your needs. By consulting with funders on your behalf and leveraging our industry expertise, we ensure that funders are paid while alleviating the financial strain on your business.

Confession of Judgement
Have you missed a payment or two? Did you know this can result in a default of your agreement with your creditor company?
You definitely want to avoid having a judgment filed against you or your business. If you sign a Confession of Judgment, your creditor could move to freeze your bank accounts, making it extremely difficult for you to manage your finances.

Uniform Commercial Code Liens
Once you've signed a COJ, your creditor may file a UCC Lien. This allows them to freeze any receivables, including payments from merchant processors or customers. Essentially, your customers could be directed to pay the creditor directly instead of your business.

Personal Guarantees
Trying to figure out how to keep your business alive? Are you considering have to close your business for good just because you can't afford payments?
If you do this, the creditor company may be able to take from your own assets, all because you signed the COJ. Didn't sign the COJ? They can still sue you.
Let us help you prevent this from happening!
